The Reaper delivers unrivalled support and versatility when used from an airborne platform. It allows the shooter to have freedom of movement and the ability to engage from either side of the airframe. The Reaper allows the shooter to engage quickly and accurately from inside or outside the airframe with the same level of support. This allows the shooter more freedom to engage targets on both vertical and horizontal planes.
ZERO CONNECTION TO AIRFRAME
Since The Reaper system is attached to the shooter, there is no vibration transfer from the airframe as it is absorbed by the shooter’s body. There is no need for straps or connections to the airframe, which transfer movement and vibration to the weapon system. This allows for any rotary wing airframe to be used for fire support or over watch operations without modifications.
INSTANT
DEPLOYMENT
The Reaper is mounted to the shooter’s body armour using the existing molle attachment system, allowing the shooter to deploy from the airframe and provide continued accurate fire support or detach the weapon via the quick release system to transition to a close-quarters battle role or a prone supported firing position.
